Redefining wellness through design, our contracts team worked with international client OPlan Design, to style and curate the soothing and welcoming TLC Cheongdam Medical Office.
Located in the heart of Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, TLC Cheongdam Medical Centre shuns the traditional aesthetic of medical spaces in collaboration with Oplan Design, a premier interior design agency in South Korea and Nest Contracts. The result? A modern facility that marries functionality with an inviting ambience.
Stepping inside, visitors are immediately struck by the homely atmosphere – an intentional design choice fostering relaxation and tranquillity. A departure from the sterile, clinical environments typically associated with medical facilities, here, the space exudes warmth, reminiscent of a welcoming home.
Luxurious lounge chairs, such as the iconic Little Petra from &Tradition, beckon visitors to take a seat amidst generous plant arrangements that infuse the atmosphere with vibrant greenery.
The Form & Refine Shoemaker Bar Stools introduce natural materials to the waiting area, bringing warmth while harmonising with the countertop's tranquil palette of pale blue and green tiles, orchestrating a visual symphony that soothes and captivates.
The paediatric area delights with its playful design elements, integrating vibrant hues and tactile textures. A centrepiece is the HAY Pinocchio Rug, a riot of colours underfoot, complementing the whimsical &Tradition LC3 Margas Two-Seater Sofas.
The medical office seamlessly blurs the lines between a professional workspace and a comforting study. The gentle, soothing glow emitted by the Louis Poulsen PH 3½-2½ Glass Table Lamp imparts a reassuring aura that nurtures a sense of privacy.
With the help of Nest Contracts, TLC Cheongdam Medical Centre stands as a testament to the transformative power of design within healthcare settings, embracing a holistic approach where aesthetics elevate the wellness experience for all who step through its doors.
