How do you create space and luxury in a house that feels cramped, dark and unloved? This was the challenge faced by Malt when designing this modern home refurbishment in North West London. By strategically reconfiguring the spaces and removing sections of wall, the designers were able to create a high-end, light-filled home that feels open, airy and sophisticated.

Nest Contracts worked closely with the designer and owner of Malt, Lisa David to provide a collection of furniture and accessories that complimented this modern interior. The Case Furniture Dulwich Dining Table and HAY AAC 123 Chairs were used to create a sleek and timeless dining area, whilst the HAY AAS 39 Stools provide an understated place to perch at the kitchen island. The Woud Ray Outdoor Table and Chairs were also used, creating an inviting place to sit in the external courtyard.

To help the clients feel confident in making their furniture choices, the Nest Contracts team arranged for the clients to visit the HAY London Showroom to test the furniture and help them decide on their chairs and stools. Nest Contracts were also able to supply around 15 different fabric samples from Kvadrat to help the clients with their decision on fabrics and colourways.
