Park Hill, Urban Splash
The iconic Brutalist landmark was opened in 1961 and nowadays Park Hill offers a contemporary way of living thanks to the award-winning property developers Urban Splash; offering light, spacious and luxury-spec apartments with floor-to-ceiling city views.
To complement the interior, Nest Contracts specified a vibrant collection of furniture, lighting and home accessories for the show flat to fit the brief ‘Urban Jungle’.
The aim was to produce the urban jungle within this high rise, brutalist building while working sympathetically to create a modern, useable living space. Nest Contracts provided designs to establish defined areas for living, relaxing, dining etc.

As the largest listed structure in Europe, the Grade II Listed Park Hill development is one of Sheffield’s greatest treasures and is enriched with character and history. Originally built to replace slum terraces and offered a unique inner-city living experience to its residents, complete with shops and greengrocers.
